1.Inducon Training: I. Inducon program for New Hires in exis¢ng stores - ILT ii. New Store Opening Induc¢on training for new stores ILT. 2. Knowledge Champ/In Store Trainer: i. Monthly and Quarterly review of in store Champs - ILT/VILT ii. Monthly training calendar adherence and coverage - LMS iii. Online course comple¢on LMS iv. Monthly Knowledge Champ training - ILT/VILT 3. New Product/Process Training: i. Timely product and process training to all stores - ILT/VILT/OJT/Video based training. ii. Product/Process awareness amongst store team. iii. ABM/RBM/Corporate feedback on Sta awareness on above parameters. 4. Store Observa¢on: i. Store coverage (thrice a month) OJT/Job Shadowing/Coaching/Others ii. Timely detailed report submission iii. Observa¢on based TNI. iv. DT/AT support, Need based support. 5. Regional Ini¢a¢ves: i. Need based ini¢a¢ves. ii. Kaizen Technique iii. Best prac¢ces
