Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to telephony, AudioCodes, MS TEAMS, and legacy Nortel PBX platforms. Project Management skills/experience will be crucial in handling these projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Configure SIP gateways, such as AudioCodes M800 to the M1000-M4000 models, based on technical specifications for features and functionality like manipulation and routing rules. - Demonstrate expert technical knowledge of TDM and IP Telephony systems components and various protocols in the IP Telephony space. - Possess good working knowledge of data networking for setting up IP telephony, particularly around TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, SRTP, DHCP, DNS, AD/AAD, SQL, VLAN, and QoS. - Create, interpret, and implement design specifications like floorplans, cable routing, rack layout, As-Built docs, etc. - Utilize expert problem resolution, identification, and decision-making skills. - Exhibit strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively communicate strategies, methodology, and status to work group members, project teams, and senior management. - Display strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills, understanding the relationship of components and effectively dealing with problems and roadblocks. Qualifications Required: - Strong working background in telephony, AudioCodes (SBC/ATA), MS TEAMS, and legacy Nortel PBX platforms. - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Project Management skills/experience. - Expertise in configuring SIP gateways and technical knowledge of TDM and IP Telephony systems. - Good working knowledge of data networking for setting up IP telephony. - Ability to create, read, interpret, communicate, and implement design specs. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
