Job Description

Hiring for Regional Technical Manager - Karnataka.

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct and recommend property and project appraisals in compliance with technical policies and processes.
Vet and approve reports submitted by technical associates, managers, or agencies for properties within municipal limits and with all necessary approvals; escalate cases requiring additional review.
Recommend and oversee the appointment of technical agencies while coordinating with them to ensure quality and timeliness.
Monitor construction progress for under-construction properties to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
Ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements for all technical evaluations and approvals.
Manage and monitor the closure of Technical OTC PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance and quality control in all technical evaluations and reporting processes.
