Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning:

  Conduct installation and commissioning of biotech equipment, including fermenters, ultrafiltration systems, and lab water purification systems at client sites.

• Breakdown Support:

  Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime for clients.

• Preventive Maintenance:

  Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment.

• Customer Training:

  Provide basic training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Technical Reporting:

  Maintain detailed records of service visits, including issue resolution and preventive measures.

• Travel Support:

  Frequently travel to nearby cities and states within the region for client visits and service requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Skills:

• Knowledge of biotech and pharma equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA-based control systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other Requirements:

• Must be based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad and willing to operate from home when not on field visits. The areas that can be covered are Karnataka ,Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra and Telangana.
• Valid drivers license and access to personal transportation preferred.
