Job Summary

Store and Dispatch Lead

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure availability and readiness for production and dispatch.
ERP Management:
Accurately record all stock related transactions in our ERP software to maintain up-to-date inventory data, aiding in operational efficiency and decision-making.
Dispatch Documentation:
Prepare and manage all dispatch-related documentation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Stock Audits:
Conduct regular stock audits to verify the accuracy of the ERP system data against physical stock, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
Coordination:
Work closely with the production and sales teams to understand inventory needs and schedule dispatches in alignment with customer requirements.
Compliance:
Ensure all inventory and dispatch processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a store or dispatch role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with ERPNext and MS Office.
Communication
: Good communication abilities in English and local languages, capable of coordinating effectively with team members and external partners.
