We are looking for a Store and Dispatch Lead who will be responsible for managing our inventory and dispatch operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process by maintaining accurate stock levels and managing the dispatch documentation and procedures efficiently. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure availability and readiness for production and dispatch. ERP Management: Accurately record all stock related transactions in our ERP software to maintain up-to-date inventory data, aiding in operational efficiency and decision-making. Dispatch Documentation: Prepare and manage all dispatch-related documentation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to verify the accuracy of the ERP system data against physical stock, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. Coordination: Work closely with the production and sales teams to understand inventory needs and schedule dispatches in alignment with customer requirements. Compliance: Ensure all inventory and dispatch processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a store or dispatch role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Experience with ERP systems is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with ERPNext and MS Office. Communication : Good communication abilities in English and local languages, capable of coordinating effectively with team members and external partners. Position: Quality Control (QC) Engineer Salary: Upto 3 Lacs P.A. Experience: 1-2 years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Mohali, Chandigarh Job Summary We are a leading biotech manufacturing company, specializing in the production of high-quality biotech equipment. We are looking for a QC Engineer who will be responsible for conducting quality inspections during the production process to ensure adherence to design and fabrication standards for stainless steel bioprocess equipment such as bioreactors, fermenters, and ultrafiltration systems. Key Responsibilities Quality Inspections: Conduct stage-wise quality checks during the fabrication and assembly of stainless-steel equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Material Verification: Inspect and verify incoming stainless steel material grades, dimensions, and certifications to ensure conformity with project requirements. Also inspect bought out components. Welding and Finishing Checks: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on welds, polishing, and surface finishes to ensure compliance with ASME standards and client specifications. Documentation: Maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports, deviation records, and certificates of compliance. Testing Supervision: Oversee hydrostatic, pressure, and other functional tests to validate equipment integrity and performance during factory acceptance testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Coordinate and ensure proper execution of NDT methods like dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, and radiography for welded joints. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards such as ASME, ISO, and GMP guidelines throughout the production process. Collaboration: Work closely with production and design teams to identify and resolve quality issues during production. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quality control, specifically in stainless steel fabrication and bioprocess equipment manufacturing. Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Knowledge of stainless-steel fabrication techniques and welding standards (e.g., TIG, MIG welding). Familiarity with quality standards like ASME BPE. Hands-on experience with inspection tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and surface roughness testers. Basic understanding of NDT techniques like PT, UT, and radiography. Other Requirements: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
