Position: Regional Service Engineer Salary: 3 - 4 Lacs P.A. Experience: 2 - 4 years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bengaluru OR Hyderabad (Work from Home with Field Visits) Job Summary We are a leading biotech manufacturing company, specializing in the production of high-quality biotech equipment. We are looking for a Regional Service Engineer who will be responsible for providing installation, service, and breakdown support for our equipment in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning: Conduct installation and commissioning of biotech equipment, including fermenters, ultrafiltration systems, and lab water purification systems at client sites. Breakdown Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime for clients. Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment. Customer Training: Provide basic training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance. Technical Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service visits, including issue resolution and preventive measures. Travel Support: Frequently travel to nearby cities and states within the region for client visits and service requests. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in service/installation of biotech or similar equipment. Skills: Knowledge of biotech and pharma equipment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of PLC/SCADA-based control systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and instruments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Other Requirements: Must be based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad and willing to operate from home when not on field visits. The areas that can be covered are Karnataka ,Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra and Telangana.Valid drivers license and access to personal transportation preferred.
