Job Description

As a Regional Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage and expand our business presence across Maharashtra and neighboring states, with a focus on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets. You will be based in Mumbai or Pune and will be required to travel frequently to meet and pitch to clients in multiple cities across West India. Your key responsibilities will include managing and growing sales across Maharashtra and nearby states, both through new client acquisition and existing account management. You will need to plan, schedule, and conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos across different cities within the assigned region. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets will be crucial, along with maintaining timely and accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery will also be part of your role, as well as representing the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums as needed. To qualify for this role, you must possess a valid driving license and own car due to the frequent regional travel requirements. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. Having up to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales, is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are key, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage a sales territory. A willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and nearby states is required, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage.
