Regional Sales Manager (West)

As a Regional Sales Manager (West) at HD Fire Protect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives in West India. Your role will involve visiting clients regularly to finalize orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting with consultants to register and approve our brand in various categories. Collaborating with the sales team, you will need to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during sales presentations and meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives in West India - Visit clients regularly to finalize orders and ensure customer satisfaction - Meet with consultants to register and approve our brand in various categories - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during sales presentations and meetings - Keep track of all the latest projects in the region by discussing with contractors, consultants, and end users - Gather information on upcoming projects through regular interactions within the industry Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fire protection industry - Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiating skills - Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan - Mandatory residency in Ahmedabad or Vadodara, Gujarat - Experience in the field of fire protection is highly advantageous In this role, maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in the field of fire protection is essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders will be crucial.
