We are seeking an experienced and motivated engineer for a challenging and rewarding leadership position in technical sales. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for India, driving growth, and expanding Henkel s footprint in the infrastructure rehabilitation market.




What you ll do
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans in alignment with business unit objectives.
  • Generate and qualify leads, conduct technical presentations to engineering firms, and represent Henkel at key industry meetings and conferences.
  • Manage the business development effort defining strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Perform key account planning, developing and maintaining strong relationships with consulting engineers, certified applicators, and channel partners.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of LOCTITE GeoSpray and RenewWrap solutions to provide tailored technical and commercial support to customers.
  • Review bid documents, optimize pricing strategies, and collaborate with design and application teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop technical specifications and bidding requirements that support proper product positioning.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and sales reports.
  • Generate and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to guide business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Customer Training teams to ensure seamless project delivery.



What makes you a good fit
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales within the construction or infrastructure industry; experience in pipe rehabilitation is an advantage.
  • Bachelor s degree in civil or mechanical engineering (or related technical discipline).
  • Proven track record of sales growth and successful territory development within the Indian market.
  • Strong client relationship management and technical presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel 50 75% domestically by automobile and air.
