Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for VOLs

  pigments, pigment dispersions, organic intermediates, and specialty chemicals

  in the assigned region.
• Develop and expand customer base in key application segments:

  paints & coatings, inks, masterbatches, textiles, rubber, and seed coatings/agriculture

  .
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  
• Conduct technical/product presentations and engage in solution-based selling.
  
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure profitable growth.
  
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments; recommend proactive strategies.
  
• Ensure smooth order execution by coordinating with

  production, logistics, and accounts teams

  .
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management review.
  
• Represent VOL at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer forums to enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in

  Science / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering

  ; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 5-10 years of proven sales experience in

  pigments, pigment dispersions, dyes, coatings, printing inks, textiles, rubber, or related industries

  .
• Strong understanding of

  domestic market dynamics

  and customer requirements across application industries.
• Proven ability to independently manage accounts and deliver sales targets.
  
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
