Regional Sales Manager-South

You will be the Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving the General Trade channel for the Retail Sales division. Your role will involve full P&L responsibility and a strong focus on sales execution, distribution expansion, team development, and financial hygiene. As a hands-on leader, you should have a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include owning and implementing the Go-To-Market strategy for General Trade across regions, leading sales and distribution initiatives, expanding outlet coverage, ensuring operational excellence through process standardization, and managing a high-performing team of BDMs, BDEs, and Sales Officers. You will also be tasked with developing and scaling a Beauty Advisor network, conducting market-wise reviews using data insights, and maintaining cost-to-sales efficiency across channel partners. The territories you will be handling include Kerela, Tamil Nadu, AP, Telangana & Karnataka. To be a good fit for this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry, along with a Postgraduate or Master's degree in business administration.
