You will be reporting to the Head of Sales - Devices & Systems. Halma is a global group of life-saving technologies companies with operations in 23 countries, including regional hubs in India. The company has a diverse group of nearly 50 global companies specializing in market leading technologies that push the boundaries of science and technology. You will be part of the Devices & System Sales team for the India region in HFI, working with a solid team that consistently delivers high growth and abundant opportunities for professional growth. As the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Growing and maintaining brand equity of products in the designated market. - Visiting end-users to promote solutions and build long-term relationships. - Working closely with design and engineering consultants to design and specify products. - Driving channel partners to deliver on set targets. - Developing an appropriate channel and partner strategy for market promotion and customer support. - Training, developing, and managing partner capabilities for effective business growth. - Developing and executing product promotion and sales strategies for market awareness and brand presence. - Engaging in effective business planning, forecasting, and execution. - Understanding and developing competitive strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - Engineering Graduate (B.E./B. Tech) in Electronics/Electrical. - MBA from a reputed institute will be an added advantage. - Work experience of 14-18 years overall. - Preference will be given to candidates from the Fire, Security, and Automation Industry.
