Monitoring the performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs will be a key part of your role. Ensuring the uptime of utility equipment and network facilities is crucial. You will be expected to carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment and coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution. Tracking corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment, monitoring utility alarms, and ensuring their closure will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, tracking the consumption per hour of utility equipment and ensuring the implementation of quality, health, safety, environment, and fire policies are essential responsibilities.
