Location: Telangana (field + hybrid)
Compensation: ₹50000 base + high performance incentive (₹2,000 per BDE sale + quarterly bonus)
Travel: Lots of Travel across Telangana
Mission
Build SolarX’s first large-scale sales team — hire, train, and lead 15–20 BDEs in the next 3-6 months while personally closing 2–3 deals/month yourself.
You are both a sales executor and a sales multiplier.
