Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager for our specific product SeedPrimer, a revolutionary bio-polymer validated by ICAR for seed treatment application. (https://seedprimer.in) The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region Of South India, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include speaking to Seed Businesses, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and conducting market research to identify business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will also provide training and support to the seed businesses with context to Seed Treatment methodology and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the agriculture or seed supply chain industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
