Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – School Acquisition (K12)Location: Gujarat, Maharashtra, Gurgaon, LudhianaDepartment: Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and target existing schools to convert into Birla Open Minds International Schools.Conduct market research for potential school acquisition zones.

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute acquisition strategies for the region.Set and meet school conversion targets.

Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management

Build rapport with school owners, management, and decision-makers.Present Birla Open Minds’ value proposition and educational philosophy.

Due Diligence & Negotiation

Evaluate potential schools for fit and alignment with Birla’s standards.Lead contract negotiations with prospective partners.

Brand Integration & Transition Management

Manage seamless integration of acquired schools into the Birla Open Minds brand.Coordinate with internal teams for academic and operational alignment.

Internal Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with marketing, academic, and operations teams.Share market feedback and insights with senior management.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Report acquisition performance and conversion metrics.Maintain pipeline and update leadership on progress.

Education

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Skills

Deep understanding of K-12 education sector.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects.Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Experience

3+ years in education sales, business development, or school acquisition.Proven experience engaging with school owners/senior stakeholders.Comfortable with extensive regional travel.Skills: deep understanding of k-12 education sector,ability to manage multiple stakeholders,strategic thinking,large-scale project management,problem-solving,k-12,strong sales and negotiation skills,business development,school
