The Role

Regional Sales Manager- West India

This is a leadership role with real ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Own

  sales & distribution

  across Maharashtra and West India
• Appoint, manage, and scale

  distributors & channel partners

• Drive expansion across

  pet shops, vets, modern trade & regional chains

• Ensure strong

  in-store visibility, merchandising, and brand presence

• Deliver targets and build sustainable, predictable growth
• Build and manage

  sales teams

  as the region scales
• Share market insights to refine GTM, pricing, and product strategy
• Work closely with founders; quick decisions, zero red tape

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of sales experience

  with

  mandatory pet industry exposure

• Deep distributor & retailer relationships in

  West India

• Experience scaling brands across competitive urban markets
• Strong execution mindset with high ownership
• Comfortable in a

  fast-growing startup environment

• Based in or willing to travel extensively across the region
