The Role

Regional Sales Manager – South India

You’ll be the face of Zoomies in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Own

  sales, distribution, and growth

  across South India
• Appoint, manage, and scale

  distributors & channel partners

• Drive placements across

  pet shops, vets, modern trade & regional chains

• Ensure strong

  visibility, merchandising, and brand execution

• Track targets, beat numbers, and build predictable growth
• Build and manage

  frontline sales teams

  (as the region scales)
• Share on-ground insights to improve products, pricing, and GTM strategy
• Work closely with the founding & leadership team, zero bureaucracy

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of sales experience

• Strong distributor & retailer relationships across South India
• Proven track record of

  scaling brands from zero to scale

• Hustler mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast decisions
• High ownership, high accountability, zero ego
• Comfortable working
