The Successful Applicant

• A master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience as regional manager in handling southern states
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the personal care/beauty or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
