📌 Position: Sales Manager – Solar EPC

📌 Location: Jaipur (Pan India Coverage)

📌 Experience: 2–5 years in Solar EPC / Industrial Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional who can drive solar project sales (Industrial & Commercial rooftop/utility scale). The candidate must have a proven record of meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in Industrial & Commercial sectors.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Understand client requirements and provide customized solar solutions.

• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.

• Stay updated with solar industry policies, MNRE guidelines, and DISCOM regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Industrial Sales.

• Strong understanding of rooftop solar, net-metering, open access, and power purchase models.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Ability to travel across India for client meetings.

• Strong existing network in Industrial & Commercial sector will be an added advantage.
