Your Role (Mumbai)


As Regional Sales Manager – Resiliency (Mumbai), you will lead the West India market, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion across BFSI, Pharma, and Large SIs (HPE, etc.).


  • Drive sales strategy for resiliency solutions in Mumbai.
  • Lead & mentor an existing 1-member sales team.
  • Build deep client and partner relationships.
  • Achieve ₹5 Cr annual revenue target in Year 1.


🎯 What We’re Looking For


  • 10+ years in Enterprise/B2B Solution Sales.
  • Strong industry network in BFSI, Pharma, Large System Integrators.
  • Track record of delivering multi-crore revenue targets.
  • Partner-driven sales execution.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
  • Knowledge of Backup/Archival domain preferred.
  • Government sector exposure is a big plus.
