Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager - Resiliency for ITS Technology Solution Private Limited, itSimple. The Regional Manager will be responsible for S ales, Training, and Sales management, communications of all kinds, and activities on a day-to-day basis in the Region. Qualifications 10+ years of Proven experience in Solution Sales in the Region Ownership of sales Numbers to be delivered Ownership of Lead generation through partners and other sources Strong Communications & Active Listening Proficiency in Sales Management Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Understanding of the Backup field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology or a related field Government Industry exposure is a big plus

Key Responsibilities: ● Engage with partners and customers with a service-first mindset, not just to sell but to serve. ● Collaborate with leading system integrators to nurture opportunities. ● Conduct deep listening sessions with customers, OEMs, and internal teams. ● Understand pain points, validate with customers, and recommend precise solutions. ● Design and articulate tailored backup/archival solutions with clarity. ● Deliver impactful product demonstrations. ● Stay ahead through consistent learning, competition analysis, and collaboration. . Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. ● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Backup & Archival domains. ● At least 3 years in presales engineering or technical sales support. ● Strong working knowledge of leading applications: Veeam, Commvault, Backup Exec, NetBackup, ArcServe, Druva, Cloud backup, etc. ● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to simplify technical concepts for business audiences. ● Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. ● Willingness to travel as required.
