• 10+ years of Proven experience in Solution Sales in the Region
• Ownership of sales Numbers to be delivered
• Ownership of Lead generation through partners and other sources
• Strong Communications & Active Listening
• Proficiency in Sales Management
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Understanding of the Backup field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology or a related field
• Government Industry exposure is a big plus
