Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our Generic Retail/OTC business in Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive secondary and primary sales in the assigned region
• Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives
• Identify growth opportunities, develop territory plans, and achieve targets
• Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Ensure timely reporting and coordination with Head Office

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Science/Pharma/Commerce
• 6+ years of experience in pharma sales (minimum 2 years in RSM role)
• Strong knowledge of the Generic Retail/OTC segment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
