Job Description

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager at Lotus Dairy Products Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and distribution of all products in your assigned region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets, launching new products, managing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends, providing sales forecasts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying new business opportunities.
