Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager for Cattle Feed at My Animal (Anicrest veterinarian Pvt Ltd.) in Chattisgarh, you will be responsible for leading cattle feed sales operations and managing channel partners in the assigned region. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling cattle & poultry feed, AI solutions, and veterinary medicines. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in rural sales, particularly in cattle feed or related agri-inputs. Your key responsibilities will include promoting and selling cattle & poultry feed, AI solutions, and veterinary medicines in Chhattisgarh, managing and expanding the dealer/distributor network, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely collections, maintaining stock availability, updating CRM records, leading and mentoring the sales team, developing region-specific sales strategies, and driving execution. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience in cattle feed, veterinary, poultry, or agri-inputs sales, proven expertise in dealer/distributor management, a strong understanding of rural market dynamics, excellent communication and team leadership skills, and willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh.
