Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead cattle feed sales operations and manage channel partners in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rural sales, particularly in cattle feed or related agri-inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cattle feed, poultry feed, AI solutions, and veterinary products
• Build and expand dealer/distributor network in rural markets
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for smooth delivery
• Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly
• Guide and support the field sales team to boost performance
• Execute area-specific sales plans and ensure effective market coverage
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in cattle feed, veterinary, poultry, or agri-inputs sales
• Proven expertise in dealer/distributor management
• Strong understanding of rural market dynamics
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
