Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager – Animal Health & Nutrition Experience: 2-9 years. Location: Chhattisgarh (Raipur preferred) with coverage in adjoining states (e.g., Odisha, Jharkhand, MP, Maharashtra) Qualification: B.Sc.(Agri)/ MBA/ Graduate in Veterinary Science / Animal Husbandry / Agriculture / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) or equivalent. Industry: Animal Health / Veterinary / Agriculture / Livestock. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell animal feed , artificial insemination (AI) solutions , and veterinary medicines to farmers, dairy cooperatives, veterinary hospitals, and agro-dealers. Identify and develop new customers in both B2B (dealers, distributors, dairy farms) and B2C (individual farmers, veterinarians) segments. Build and maintain relationships with local government veterinary departments and agri-input dealers. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies. Territory Management: Plan and execute field visits across Chhattisgarh and neighboring states. Organize farmer meetings, veterinary camps, and product demos. Channel Management: Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers, distributors, and stockiest . Ensure regular product supply, stock availability, and timely collections. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, customer database, and visit reports. Provide timely market feedback and weekly/monthly MIS to reporting manager. Experience: 2–9 years in sales of animal feeds, veterinary products, AI , or agro-inputs. Prior experience in Chhattisgarh or adjoining regions will be a strong advantage. Skills: Strong knowledge of livestock management and animal health products. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Language: Fluency in Hindi and local dialects (e.g., Chhattisgarhi). Basic English proficiency for reporting.
