IoT Engineer

As an IoT Engineer with 06 month to 1 year of experience, your role will involve: - Providing technical expertise and guidance to the IoT team members in IoT architecture, connectivity, device management, data analytics, and security. - Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, staying updated on the latest IoT trends, technologies, and best practices. - Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. - Creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and successful project execution. - Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track. - Setting clear performance expectations and goals for team members, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews. - Leading the design and architecture of IoT solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements. - Overseeing the development of software applications, firmware, and hardware components for IoT devices and systems. - Collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-friendly interface and seamless user experience. - Working closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide technical insights for solutions positioning. - Implementing quality control processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IoT solutions. - Coordinating testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to validate the functionality of IoT systems. - Overseeing the deployment and implementation of IoT solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to a production environment. - Monitoring project expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Evaluating and selecting third-party vendors, partners, and technology providers contributing to the development of IoT solutions. - Ensuring that IoT solutions adhere to best practices for security and data privacy, addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks associated with connected devices and data transmission. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in IoT development such as Python, C/C++, Java, etc. - In-depth understanding of IoT architecture, protocols, and cloud services. - Expertise with data analytics and machine learning. This is a full-time position based in Noida with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is on a day shift, Monday to Friday, in-person at the office.,
