Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, your role involves managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. You are responsible for organizing and maintaining files and records, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Additionally, you are expected to plan and book travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and travel documents, and assist with day-to-day tasks and errands. Coordinating projects, delegating tasks, and managing sensitive and confidential information are crucial aspects of your role. Organizing events, meetings, and conferences, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, handling invoices, expense reports, and budgets, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders are also part of your responsibilities. Drafting and proofreading documents, addressing issues, finding solutions efficiently, using productivity tools and scheduling software, and adapting to changing priorities and tasks are all integral to your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls - Planning and booking travel arrangements - Preparing itineraries and travel documents - Assisting with day-to-day tasks and errands - Coordinating projects and delegating tasks - Managing sensitive and confidential information - Organizing events, meetings, and conferences - Preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes - Handling invoices, expense reports, and budgets - Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders - Drafting and proofreading documents - Addressing issues and finding solutions efficiently - Using productivity tools and scheduling software - Adapting to changing priorities and tasks Qualifications Required: - Female candidate only - Age: 24-30 yrs - Experience: 2-3 yrs The company is offering a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person. Please note that proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools, excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a problem-solving mindset are essential skills required for this role.,
