Job Description

As a highly driven and experienced Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading the IT Solutions & Staff Augmentation sales efforts. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the client base. Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, CXOs, and decision-makers will be crucial. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with delivery teams, stay updated with industry trends, and drive team performance through mentoring. Representing the company in networking events and business forums will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in IT Solutions & Staff Augmentation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, CXOs, and decision-makers. - Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure. - Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies. - Drive team performance by mentoring and guiding sales executives. - Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and business forums. Qualifications Required: - Exposure in IT solutions & staff augmentation sales. - Proven track record of achieving 3-5 Cr+ in annual revenue. - Strong understanding of IT staffing, outsourcing, and enterprise solutions. - Excellent networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. - Strong business acumen with experience in B2B sales and corporate engagement. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Experience selling to Small & large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. - Knowledge of emerging IT trends like AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. - Previous experience in a leadership or managerial sales role.
