Regional Sales Manager- Cattle Feed

You will be responsible for leading cattle feed sales operations and managing channel partners in the assigned region of Chhattisgarh. Your role will involve promoting and selling cattle & poultry feed, AI solutions, and veterinary medicines. As an Area Sales Manager, you will need to manage and expand the dealer/distributor network, onboard new customers (both B2B & B2C), achieve sales targets, ensure timely collections, maintain stock availability, coordinate the supply chain, and keep accurate sales records and CRM updates. It will be essential for you to lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and outreach. Developing region-specific sales strategies and driving their execution will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have relevant sales experience in the cattle/poultry feed, veterinary, or agri-inputs sector, along with proven expertise in dealer management and rural sales. You must be willing to travel extensively within the region and possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in cattle feed, veterinary, poultry, or agri-inputs sales. A strong understanding of rural market dynamics, excellent communication skills, team leadership abilities, and willingness to travel extensively in Chhattisgarh are crucial requirements.
