To excel in this role, you should have relevant sales experience in the cattle/poultry feed, veterinary, or agri-inputs sector, along with proven expertise in dealer management and rural sales. You must be willing to travel extensively within the region and possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in cattle feed, veterinary, poultry, or agri-inputs sales. A strong understanding of rural market dynamics, excellent communication skills, team leadership abilities, and willingness to travel extensively in Chhattisgarh are crucial requirements.
