Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

    Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Team Management:

    Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaboration:

    Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

    Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any customer issues or complaints.

    Proven experience in sales, including experience managing and leading sales teams.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity.

    Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
