Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement online sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, and average order value.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.

2. Product Management

Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions and images.
Ensure accurate inventory levels and pricing across platforms.
Manage product categorization and tagging for better discoverability.

3. Platform & Marketplace Operations

Handle backend operations on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, or Shopify.
Resolve order issues, returns, and customer complaints.
Stay updated on platform policies and algorithm changes.

4. Customer Engagement
