Location: Nagpur (covering multiple cities within the region)

We are building a strong medical sales channel to integrate NowZone into healthcare practices nationwide, starting with our Medical Representative vertical.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will oversee multiple territories and teams of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs). This role is critical in ensuring strong doctor engagement, product adoption, and driving sales growth across the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in pharma/medical sales leadership, established relationships with doctors and healthcare networks, and a proven track record of launching and scaling products in new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and supervise ASMs across multiple territories.

Drive recruitment, training, and capability building of MR teams.

Conduct regular reviews, field visits, and performance evaluations.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Define and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Ensure achievement of sales, prescription, and revenue targets for the region.

Oversee product launches, CME programs, and doctor engagement activities across territories.

Doctor & Market Engagement

Strengthen and leverage doctor and clinic relationships to build product trust.

Expand the healthcare professional network across new geographies.

Represent NowZone at regional medical events, conferences, and trade shows.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track sales performance and KPIs of all territories under your supervision.

Provide regular reports, insights, and market intelligence to senior management.

Monitor competitor activity and recommend counter-strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Marketing (MBA preferred).

8–12 years of experience in pharma/healthcare sales with at least 3–4 years managing multiple territories.

Strong network and relationships with doctors, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and healthcare institutions.

Demonstrated success in product launches and scaling adoption.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Achievement of regional sales, prescription, and revenue goals.

Expansion of doctor base and prescription share in the region.

Effective execution of product launches and medical engagement programs.

Productivity and retention of ASM/MR teams.

Accuracy of market insights and competitor analysis.
