Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Job Summary:

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Dealer Management:

Generate new clients and appoint new dealers in the region.
Manage and support existing dealers to achieve sales targets.

Sales & Customer Support:

Sell company products to dealers and assist them in closing customer leads.
Provide after-sales support to dealers with the help of the technical support team.

Promotional Activities:

Support marketing activities such as product demonstrations, roadshows, and exhibitions.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
6 to 10 years in sales, preferably in:

Security systems such as Fire Alarms, Gas Leak Detectors, etc.
Electronic products like UPS, EPABX, or similar.

Education:
Any graduate.
Mobility:
Must have a vehicle for travel.
Health:
Should be medically fit.

Reporting To:

AGM Sales

Location- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune
