Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Technical Sales, Sales training,
  • Sales Strategy, Liaison between customers and Product Development team for any new product development
  • New feature addition / enhancement of existing products, product customization and Business growth.
  • One more major element will be to grow Sales team in assigned region.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets / business growth in defined region.
  • Build and maintain a long term business strategy for Sales in assigned region.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good knowledge of Industrial Automation / Factory Automation systems (PLC / DCS / Drives / HMI /SCADA etc.) as well as Industrial Networking, including documentation.
  • Be able to have a technical dialogue with customers, to able to explain and discuss different products including IIoT platform.
  • Be able to have a technical dialogue with customers, to able to explain and discuss SANs products including IIoT platform
  • Good leader and team member to grow the team. To work with the team to earn respect and authority.
  • Must have team management skills.
