Job Description

  1. Pursuing direct sales with major established business through the companys sales and service team and

generating new leads in segment such as FABRICATORS, OIL & GAS FORGING COMPANIES ,

COMPONENT MANUFACTURERS, AEROSPACE COMPANIES , OEM

  1. Training and motivating the current channel partners to enhance companys presence and increase the sales

revenues through channel partners

  1. Ensuring the targets agreed between you and the company relating to sale , net profit, Quality assurance ,

Distribution maintenance and customer satisfaction are met .

  1. Formulating and implementing appropriate sales and marketing plans and programs
  2. Identify recruit and motivate the sales and service team to achieve the mutually agreed goals and KRAS
  3. Executing Customer orders/ Projects.
  4. Collect Outstanding Payment from the customers
  5. Carry out market research to establish companys Products in new markets where the company does not

have presence

  1. Responsible for sales of Equipment , consumables & accessories Manufactured by the company and carry

out market research, working with existing dealer for marketing of products

  1. Expand the network of channel Partners as per business Schedule
  2. Preparing and summarizing end of the month sale , order intake and others.
  3. Reporting to the Management on daily basis from submitting the reports .

Safety Compliances

  1. Responsible for Continuous improvement and process health measurement.
  2. Responsible for the prevention of ill health and ensuring workers safety
  3. Regular Review of risks & Opportunities registers, Environmental Aspects impact register,OHS

hazards & Risks and control measures

  1. Responsible for ensuring EHS compliance

Qualificationn

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering

/Production Engineering / Electrical Engineering

  • MBA Marketing would be an added advantage

Experience

  • 10+ Years Sales Experience of Industrial Consumables such as Welding

Products, Lubricants, Cutting Tools, etc.

Age Criteria

  • Below 40 Years

Software

Knowledge

  • Working experience in CRM, MS Office

  • Shall have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Shall have a flair for networking, meeting new profiles, relationship building,and

establishing an instant rapport with the customers

  • Shall be dynamic assertive and aggressive, results-oriented, and can work

independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Command over the regional language of the territory
  • Shall be proactive, good at planning, executing and motivating people
  • Ability to travel extensively
