Description:

Years of experience required:

  • Minimum 5 to 12 years of work experience in an individual and TEAM contributor role in the tissue and paper manufacturing industry.
    • Experience from the CHEMICAL industry preferred

Role Summary:

Provide Market Research Report for product development. Create Brand awareness

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Gather new leads to develop the business.
    • Identify new business opportunities in the market.• Develop new business in the defined area/Territory by converting leads into business.• Focus on business continuity with existing clients by providing the best services and keeping a good rapport with the client.• Provide ground research reports to the management to enhance the product.• Provide details of the fastest moving market product in the segment from competition to management for new product development.• Coordinate with operations to provide customers with on-time delivery and services• Build relationships with clients on the ground for long-term association.• Ensure customer feedback/Testimony is taken at regular intervals• Appointment of new Distributors• Create brand awareness in the market by approaching to highest number of prospects• Create a presence with all the market leaders in distribution.• Train sales team on products, product specifications, usage of the products

Qualification (Minimum): Graduation Any Stream

Skills:

  • Should have proficiency in Excel
    • Proficiency in written/spoken English• Great creative mindset and analytical skills

    • Leadership & team handling Skills• Market Knowledge of Pulp & Paper Industry• Presentation & PPT Skills• Analytical Skills
