Regional Sales Manager HVAC

As a Regional Sales Manager in the HVAC industry, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and guide Branch/Area Managers within the assigned region. Your role will involve setting performance goals and ensuring that teams achieve sales, operational, and service targets. Conducting regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations will also be part of your routine. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to stay ahead of the competition. - Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential expansion areas for business growth. - Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales. - Monitor daily operations of all units/branches under the region to maintain high productivity and quality standards. - Resolve operational bottlenecks and support managers in improving efficiency for better performance. - Prepare and manage regional budgets and cost plans, tracking expenses to ensure cost control within approved limits. - Review financial reports and take necessary corrective actions to meet profitability goals. - Ensure customer satisfaction levels across all regional branches by handling escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolution. - Build long-term business relationships with key clients and partners to foster business growth. Qualifications Required: - Experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred. - Total work experience of at least 4 years is required for this role.
