Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets, market share, and profitability goals within the assigned region.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor distributor performance, secondary sales, and channel profitability.
  • Ensure effective coverage and visibility across all markets and channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth business operations.
  • Review and report sales performance regularly with corrective action plans.
  • Manage relationships with key distributors, dealers, and trade partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit control norms.
