Role Overview

We are looking for a highly accomplished Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Furniture & Flooring to spearhead Pan India sales from our Delhi headquarters. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the furniture industry and an extensive network of architects, interior designers, builders, and PMCs. The RSM will be responsible for driving project-based sales growth, leading regional sales teams, and expanding our presence across major markets in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project-driven sales for Furniture & Flooring across Pan India.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and PMCs to secure large-scale project opportunities.
• Identify and track high-value upcoming projects, ensuring product approvals and specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with internal functions (design, supply chain, and operations) for timely delivery and execution of projects.
• Represent the brand in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to support strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 12–18 years in the Furniture / Interiors / Building Material industry, with a strong focus on project-based sales.
• Must have a well-established network with architects and key decision-makers in the interior design & construction ecosystem.
• Proven success in scaling sales operations Pan India and leading multi-location teams.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Only candidates with significant experience in the Furniture industry will be considered.
