We specialise in whole wheat breads, gluten free bakery items. Role Description A Regional FMCG Manager is needed in Chandigarh. This role involves leading a sales team, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within a specific geographic area. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Manage and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Ensure brand visibility and product availability across the region. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams. Manage sales budgets and resources effectively. Report on regional sales performance and provide insights to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of the FMCG market in Chandigarh and surrounding areas. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting tools.
