We specialise in whole wheat breads, gluten free bakery items. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in Mohali district. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting field sales activities, meeting with potential clients, demonstrating products, and closing sales deals. As a Field sales representative for our bakery, you'll be responsible for taking bakery products orders, emphasising quality and taste. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential customers within a designated area, approaching to introduce the bakery's products. Product Knowledge: Be thoroughly familiar with the bakery's offerings, including ingredients, flavors, and any special promotions or discounts. Sales Presentations: Effectively present the bakery's products to potential customers, highlighting their unique qualities and benefits. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address their questions and concerns, and provide a positive and engaging sales experience. Order Taking and Processing: Accurately take orders, ensuring details are captured correctly and orders are processed efficiently. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the bakery's overall revenue goals. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales performance. Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. This role involves leading a sales team, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within a specific geographic area. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Manage and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
