Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also includes market research, sales forecasting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and product launches.

• Sales strategy development and sales team management skills
• Experience in market research, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets
• Client relationship management and customer satisfaction skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
