Regional Sales Manager - East Zone (Veterinary Pharma)

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager at Sushima Pharmaceuticals, your main role will involve supervising and supporting around 3 ASMs, each having 8-9 VSRs, to ensure teamwork and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving volume and product-wise business objectives of the assigned territory. - Ensuring perfect field work and reporting by all team members (ASMs & VSRs) as per company norms. - Ensuring proper implementation of promotional strategies and the right utilization of inputs. - Effective distribution by proper stockiest management, stock & sales report observation, and timely issue resolution. - Credit control of all the stockists by coordinating timely stock secondary liquidation. - Managing vacant HQs for business consistency. - Guiding, mentoring, and supporting ASMs for work delegation and responsibilities. - Building major customer relationships and business. - Providing on-the-job training to new VSRs. - Ensuring & monitoring field activities of the team and managing group events. - Ensuring effective territorial coverage by all team members under supervision. - Collecting market feedback and reporting competitor activities. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - Minimum 4-5 years of experience as ASM or 2 years as RSM in a veterinary pharma company.
