Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily and long-term operations of the company's branches in Kolkata and Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include creating regional sales plans aligned with business objectives, managing product demand and supply, planning and executing staff training, overseeing sales and promotions, and contributing to decisions regarding expansion or acquisition. Your role will also involve developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, suggesting new services/products, and resolving customer complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily and long-term operations of company branches in Kolkata and Bangalore - Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives - Manage product demand and supply to meet regional needs - Plan and execute training for staff members and management - Oversee sales activities and special promotions - Participate in decisions regarding expansion or acquisition - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals - Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques - Resolve customer complaints and service issues Qualifications Required: - Must have experience in selling Insurance services - Five or more years of sales experience in insurance services - Three or more years in a managerial role - Availability to travel as needed Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel), excellent analytical skills, comfort with math, creative problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, excellent customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in teams.,
