We Are Hiring Regional Sales Manager (Medical Equipment - Post Surgical Product)
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our client, a Denmark based MNC & a market leader in medical products and ostomy care solutions.
? Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned region.
? Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing medical sales team.
? Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and distributors.
? Manage tenders, pricing strategies, and dealer networks.
? Ensure execution of sales strategies and performance tracking via CRM (SFDC).
? What We Are Looking For:
???? Education: Science/Pharmacy Graduate (MBA preferred).
???? Experience: 10-15 years in medical product sales with 5+ years of leadership.
???? Skills:
? Proven sales growth track record in medical devices or pharma.
? Strong team leadership & coaching abilities.
? Experience in tender management, KOL engagement, and dealer networks.
? Proficiency in SFDC/Salesforce and Sales Management Tools.
