Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) business across the assigned region to achieve targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Cluster Managers / Branch Sales Managers / Relationship Managers to deliver business goals.
Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and enhance deposit portfolio.
Monitor sales performance, ensure productivity, and implement corrective measures when required.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the banks overall CASA acquisition objectives.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and relationship management.
Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams for business support.
Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements.
